Following this morning’s service first of all, please thank the two lovely guys who were so well mannered, polite and helpful, fully explaining everything and being respectful to the area and tenants in the building. It’s really nice and makes everything easier when you’re able to trust contractors on site and at the end of the service have everything explained so that I can feed it back to my manager. They are also welcome on any Breckland sites!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your effort and flexibility in assisting NGB with this project. Please pass on a well done to the operatives who attended site as well, the install was of a high standard and they worked tidily and efficiently. Thanks again.

Under PTSG, our site was be well equipped for safety and health for the protection of operatives and visitors. Planning and continuing review of safety procedures and systems is well documented. Operatives were observed working safely within RAMS and cooperative and accommodating. The site manager, Neil, demonstrated a high level of construction safety knowledge and experience within the industry. With visible felt leadership being apparent. Overall, the management of the site and the systems and procedures in place were demonstrated to be well above industry standard.
